The Embassy was pleased to receive Ambassador Shimmi Jun, Commissioner of the International Horticultural EXPO 2027, who paid a courtesy call on Ambassador Alberto Paulo, on 01st October, 2026. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the upcoming International Horticultural EXPO 2027 in Yokohama (GREEN EXPO2027). The Ambassadors concurred that the Expo presents an opportunity for showcasing Mozambique’s rich horticultural sector and will contribute to ongoing efforts to promote Mozambique’s agricultural exports which will further strengthen bilateral cooperation.
