On August 27, 2026 a group of 10 public officers visited the Embassy of Mozambique, ahead of beginning their master’s degree studies in Japan in the fields of international relations, agriculture, climate change, and education. These studies are part of the Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Project, launched in 2024. It’s second Group of public officers in JDS  scholarships. After acquiring specialized knowledge and practical skills in Japan, they will return to Mozambique to contribute to the improvement of public services and the country’s development.
